At Vessel Golf, we stand by the craftsmanship of our premium golf gear and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure every player is fully satisfied with their equipment both on and off the course.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached, then securely pack it in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
